Thank you for the tip about cooking potatoes in foil to keep them from absorbing the flavor of the meat! As much as I love potatoes with my meat plus the convenience of cooking them alongside one another, I'm not always a fan of the meat flavor soaking into the potatoes. As always, a very helpful and inspirational video!
