Hi, just wondering if you have ever tried feta cheese (a type of goatcheese) as a topping on ramen? It is very salty and creamy and the heat from the stock gives it a very nice teaxture. I got so curious of the various and multiple toppings and ingredients one can add. So seeing your videos really makes me inspired. 🙂 And I was kind of wondering if someone else had tried it besides me. (The feta cheese.) 🙂 I just recently tried adding shiroi miso in my ramen and it was really delishous! Thank you, for your relaxing content and simple intructions! Greetings from Sweden. 😀
