    I want to transition to vegan so this video is really helpful. I mean, I want to actually do it and stick with it, so I want to prepare first so that I won't be stumped on what to eat and either not eat enough or revert back due to frustration.     Thank you for sharing these super helpful tips for vegans. I was not eating balanced or healthy at all because I was too worried about veganizing my fav dishes, and I would feel so lost and overwhelmed that I would go back to vegetarian eating and eat animal products. Now, I keep all my ratios updated, make sure to get a balance of omega 3s and 6s, not eat too much protein or starchy foods, and fill my plate with fresh veggies and fruit everyday. Lets save the animals together people!!
