Thank you for sharing these super helpful tips for vegans. I was not eating balanced or healthy at all because I was too worried about veganizing my fav dishes, and I would feel so lost and overwhelmed that I would go back to vegetarian eating and eat animal products. Now, I keep all my ratios updated, make sure to get a balance of omega 3s and 6s, not eat too much protein or starchy foods, and fill my plate with fresh veggies and fruit everyday. Lets save the animals together people!!
