I think it worth mentioning that you shouldn't over cook the noodles. I actually cook them 1 minute less than directed.

In my opinion, broccoli ruins any dish
I love watching you and trying your recipes. I wish you would call your meals inexpensive, not cheap but that’s the only negative I have to say. Thanks for so many great meal ideas , especially in these trying days
