What I like is using Beansprouts instead of Palm spaghetti or shirataki noodles….I put butter garlic little chili flakes into a skillet..Fry off for 2 mins add bean sprouts.. fry for further 2 mins…I use it for a base for ground beef recipies..bolognese, chicken in pesto sauce..and Carbonara dishes. Bean sprouts very low carb and suitable for Keto.

Wow ladies, each dish looks so good. I can't wait to make all of them. Sarah, I made your "fried rice" tonight using the dry method. It made a world of difference. Thank you so much. I can hardly wait to see what y'all do next. 🐱🍛🍗

I judicial not a family size chicken breast pal mar night, I'll be trying the recipes. I recently made your Spanish caulirice recipe and my husband loved it. That also inspired me to try something different. I made a cheese and broccoli cauliflower rice and it was delicious!

you can rinse the shredded cheese in cold water and drain, the starch is removed and i find the cheese melts better too. you can also put on paper towels if you really want it drier, but i don't and it still works well.

Thx girls love these recipes for chicken!! I have idea for you to try. Pound out chicken breast about 3/4 inch thick and press into grated fresh parmesan cheese and fry in pan in a little oil. About 4 minutes each side!! Me and hubby did atkins like 10 yrs ago and i did chicken this way instead of flour, egg, and bread crumbs!! Now we are both doing keto and we have had this a few times again!! I really love watching your videos and enjoy your tricks and suggestions!!!

I want to make that chicken cauliflower soup! Looks delicious. One of my favorite chicken recipe is keto green chicken enchiladas. I put in 3 breast or thighs in a crock pot , one package of cream cheese, 1 small can of chopped green chiles(dont drain juice) 1 can of Rotel , 1/2 cup of chicken stock , salt, pepper, oregano and shredded cheese. It's amazingly delicious. The following day ,I'll wrap the meat up in a low carb tortillas and fry them up to make taquitos. Add guacamole for some pizzazz…I went to the store today and trying the Boursin and spaghetti squash recipe!
