Yay, a whole lot of breakfast things that I never knew I could do. I am just thrilled with all of these. And ya know what Cathy, my husband is going to go nuts for the last one, the biscuit one. Hi Cathy! We make double or triple batches of various types of pancakes and one AMAZING waffle recipe and then freeze them. The waffles toast up like new (from frozen) in the waffle iron, and you cannot tell the pancakes were ever frozen after they thaw in the fridge. It's a win-win! We usually do these large batches on the weekend because that would be crazy to try to do during the school week. haaa
