Another YouTube chef, Jean-Pierre, recommends having a pail of water with a towel in it, with a few capfulls of bleach in it. Any time you need to wash your hands, you do so with that towel. Much quicker.

Yummmm. Chicken and rice out of a pressure cooker is crazy good. I usually start with a cooked rotisserie chicken from Sams Club. $5.99. I like it better than the one from Costco. Either way, you have a whole chicken to eat as-is. I save the legs and wings and all the drippings and skin and bones. All of that goes into a 6qt cooker to simmer. Take out any bones. Now you have chicken soup. Add rice and pressure cook. Now you have a couple huge quarts of chicken and rice. I can make one of those Sams chickens into meals for a week. For $6 and a few cents worth of rice. It's so tasty too. Freezes well. Seasons up well if you want. Add veggies if desired.

Came out great! Love my pressure cooker, also you didnโ€™t cut your chicken but a shortcut if you are cutting chicken is using scissors. Much easier than cutting with a knife. Anyway great meal thanks for sharing! Lol on the open cookie box! I would have too!!!

Your dinner looks wonderful, all it needs is a side salad or some frozen cooked vegetables to complete the meal. Have a great weekend you two. I made Baked Tilapia, Long Grain and Wild Rice, and Steamed Asparagus. It was sad about Lisa Marie passing. I played on Tuesday and only got one number.I have an Instant Pot so I will have to try this. Thanks so much.
