Hey, Samantha…Hubs and I just watched this vid, and can’t wait to try this!! Btw, he IS the biggest Kale hater! We started the Dr Fuhrman Nutritarian diet about a month and a half ago…both have lost weight, feel better, and Hubs wants to go off all his meds, I already went off everything except Thyroid Med…we hike a LOT, and have our own channel, devoted to that and a lot of goofiness!
