    This rice recipe I make all the time. So easy and goes with just about anything! I freeze it in 2 portion sizes for stir fried rice.
    I did not grow up eating rice. My Mom was from a Danish immigrant family and my Dad was from middle America farmers. So we eat loads of potatoes….no rice. I’ve had to up my game with rice and this recipe has converted me. Blessings
