    I eat keto at 10 and 4 one day and 12 noon the next and rotate(fasting). I also fit in a superfood protein drink in occasionally for one of the meals to get all my vitamins/minerals. I have never felt this good in 10-20 years and i'm losing pounds. Thank you Keto Master!!!! FYI so many beautiful smart girls here. Hello!!!

    Just have to add here, at 73 I finally retired and am getting "me" back. Love what intermittenet fasting is doing…even though you say not every day…been doing the 18 hour fast for 6 weeks. HATE Keto!! because the meals are tasteless…got to have onions, garlic(lots), tomatoes…..don't miss sugar at all. Just modify all the input from these videos…thanks for the info…oh! cream in my coffee in the morning even if it slightly breaks the fast!

    I love Keto! It's hard at the beginning but once your body and mind acclimate to the changes it's all well worth it. I have actually been able to lose over 30 pounds since I started and can't imagine ever not doing keto anymore. It becomes a way of life, it makes you feel great. The keto recipes are all delicious and don't have to be expensive. Don't give up guys!
