That quantity of filling would fit into an 8 inch springform pan which looks like it might fit into your instant pot (mine is 6qt so won't fit that size pan but, looking at yours, I think an 8" would definitely fit. That would use up all your filling.

Why can't you "can" fruit butters? Obviously, if you buy some at the store, it is shelf stable. I'm just curious why it can't be canned at home? I thought for sure I had seen fruit butter recipes in canning books.

The mini pumpkin pies look great but I don't have a mold yet. Is it possible to tweak this recipe so we can just make a bigger batch using a muffin pan in the oven. Then we can just make more crust and bake all that excess at once instead of small batches. Thank you for all the videos. I just got an instant pot on black Friday but was too nervous to take it out of the box until I started watching the videos. Now I love it!

I do not like oatmeal, but I'm definitely going to try your oats, YUM. The pumpkin apple butter looks yummy too, could you show us how to remove that little piece in the lid that gets clogged, I'm fairly new to my IP and didn't even know you could or should remove that piece to clean. The trivet that came with my IP did not have handles on it, I wonder if I can buy one separately, hmmm, I'll have to check out Amazon. How was the cheesecake … it looked amazing. Yup, I'm convinced, I need a bunch of accessories for my IP because I need to try everything you made. OH my gosh YUM, thanks for sharing.

Hello! Nice to see a Boerne gal on YouTube! I'm in San Antonio. Used to live in Boerne. I noticed the HEB and Hill Country Fare products in your video and knew you must be from Texas. These recipes look amazing! Thanks!

I have a 6 qt similar to your new instant pot. When making cheesecakes/breads I make a sling out of foil to help easily remove the cake from the pot. I also cover in foil when baking which helps reduce the moisture on top. Looked delicious.
