I would like to learn how to do meal prep for people with food restrictions. That is my biggest issue is trying to figure out all the things I can eat. I have gout, I have to limit sugar which everyone should but lol, I can't have dairy, so I can eat chicken limited vegetables I'm careful with fruit I can't have gluten, rice even hurts my stomach. I'm running out of ideas and it's very limited to pretty much fruit vegetables nuts and seeds and chicken. And so when I go to work out I have low energy.

Could you do some that are tree nut free? My fiancΓ© is allergic to tree nuts and we are both trying to eat better but it’s hard when I make all of these things with tree nuts that he can’t eat! Thank you πŸ™‚

I'll probably only add one scoop of the peanut butter protein powder or maybe even chocolate. I noticed when I started using the powder I was gaining weight so I backed off for a couple of weeks and immediately with what I was doing already nutritionally and physically I had lost 10 pounds.
Almost at my goal weight so I'm doing everything possible not to go backwards.

Y'all. I made the peanut butter granola after I saw the recipe on Instagram. It is glorious! Tastes like peanut butter cookies! I like it on top of Greek yogurt with fruit. That recipe's a keeper!

I have hashimoto's and I'm unmedicated as in my country they follow the old lab ranges and till 5 tsh is still in range for them.
I was used to train and eat healthy and clean, I've seen my health fading away, gaining weight, constant headaches, joint pain, unable to assimilate nutrients, unable to gain muscle, weak and sad.
You are everything I wish to be one day.
I'm following AIP diet and trying everything within my means to get better.
