Be proud of your round face. It is a trait of femininity, royalty and grace which most women would envy.
NO man on earth would complain or criticize your face.
Perhaps some very jealous girls said something ridiculous about your face when you were younger and you developed a complex?
    You are simply gorgeous.
    Don't forget it. 😘

This is so me~~~ depends on the mood. There are days i feel like preparing my own food and going thru all the hassles, while there are days i feel lazy and i just want to have those quick and easy recipes be done. It is also relatable how hard it is to set your everyday menu. I’ve been thinking to plan ahead of time so I won’t have trouble deciding what to preparing, it’s just one of the little things but it takes time

I'm trying to get off antidepressants and your channel has been helping so much (of course while consulting my doctor too). I'm also going to quit smoking after I'm weaned off the drugs and part of why I decided that is because of you. Thank you so much.

Overnight oats never appealed to me… it's like these healthy gym reciped that look amazing, but taste like nothing. But you convinced me to try your recipe tonight 😃. Perfect to hit the gym in the morning tomorrow and eat them afterwards right away. I also agree on not prepping huge portions. We currently aim for a Sunday and Wednesday meal prep.

Great video. Meal prep is key to getting over the overwhelming sense of pressure and anxiety a lot of people feel about the lack of time in their day to cook and eat healthy. That pressure eventually leads to discouragement and people often just go for the fast food on the way home or on the way to work instead, they keep telling themselves, “I’ll start tomorrow”, and it goes on for days at a time or weeks, many never get on track.

But aside from committing to meal prep, one of the biggest problems I've seen hinder many, is when clients have a spouse or family who insist on eating completely different. While the client has the motivation to make changes, their intentions are often stomped out by the eating habits as a family unit in regards to having to cook for everyone else who’s not on board with change (often the spouse) Yes although they would benefit, sometimes they aren’t interested. All the more reason to take advantage of the time savings meal prep yields for the individual who’s in a family environment.

Will you please visit go fund me /get out of mold infested mobile home. I’ve been trying my hardest to get the word out about it. I’m a mother who is living in a mold infested mobile home that keeps me sick .The doctors are saying the only way that I can start getting better is if I put myself in a better environment, but I can’t afford it. I don’t even have to reach my goal. I’m not a fancy person. I just want enough to get my family out of this situation. I hope someone sees this and cares enough to help !! Thanks!!

Love this video! Quick question: for the chia pudding, your written out instructions say 1/4 of almond milk, but when you actually do it, you fill a 1/2 measure. Could you let me know which is correct? Thanks so much.

The oats one is very useful! I've only eaten oatmeal as porridge which feels like more meal. But this recipe looks like dessert. Thanks for sharing the recipe ♡
