I bought one of those Fullstar choppers. I found carrot and pumpkin hard to chop (I was making soup). I zapped the veg for a minute to soften then they chopped really easily.

You need to cook flour, not thicken by putting it in raw. Gross.
Girl, you need an olive oil spritzer! You use a lot less oil and it’s easier to evenly coat veggies for roasting. It’s been a game changer for me.
