    Don't forget a hot pad or plate to carry this to your table or desk. I keep a giant mug at my desk to pour these ingredients into, then the hot water with a small plate on top to keep it warm.

    I love this however I must say that I quite agree with most here when it comes to the flavor. Perhaps a healthy low sodium broth or homemade broth would be a more realistic appetizing choice as to the water because one wants to honestly be able to fully enjoy what they are putting in their body and, taste is very much included in this. 🤗😘 thank u for these yummy choices to try

    If have put the pastes on top so when u pour water over it goes through all the stuff in the jar.. you def need to stir that or tip it upside down to get the stock to the top otherwise it's just going to taste like water ..
