Drinking tons of water right before a meal isn't a good idea. Water makes stomach acids weaker, which are needed to digest food properly. Taking smaller sips while eating is better. Then later, you can drink water by the glass full all day to stay hydrated.

Water to me is more than just "kinda boring". With the chemicals in the tap water as well as the filtering process, I simply hate the taste (I think I may be intolerant to them) and I end up chugging it down to get it over with (like taking yucky medicine) which messes up my GI tract. These option will really help me, so very many thanks! 😀

Tea is actually better for you than water is, since it’s just water with various dried herbs/fruits mixed into it. I can see why you wouldn’t want to drink it instead of water, though. It probably doesn’t actually feel like you’re drinking water, but you are!

Infused water is also good, since you’re getting all the good stuff from the fruits into the water, but you already went over this in the video.

Mmmmm the cherry and lime looks great! I’ll be trying that! 🤤
I’ve been doing strawberry and basil and rosemary and strawberry. .. I also reuse the rosemary for my evening tea. Turns out rosemary aids in weight loss by revving up our metabolisms along with many other health benefits. Who knew? 🤷🏻‍♀️😊
I learned that drinking fruit infused water while fasting can break your fast. Limes and lemons won’t break a fast though…. Something about the sugars in the fruits.
    Happy hydrating! 😊

Nice fruit combos! Thanks. There was one I had not thought of, so I look forward to trying it —blackberry, orange, ginger. I often make fresh lemon, ginger, honey hot tea, let it cool, and sip on that. It’s great hot/warm, too. I just got a large new clear Kitchen HQ (from hsn dot com) INFUSED PITCHER, so I’ll be enjoying more infused water soon. I do recommend my Lemon, ginger, honey tea. It’s easy, yummy, and ginger aids in digestion. Enjoy! And thanks for you video info.

Thanks for this vid! I am kinda bored of just plain water and I needed something different, I tried to convince my mum to get twinnings cold water infusions but “apparently” they’re “too expensive” so I decided to watch this vid and I’m going to try the recipes, only if I have the ingredients, thx again for this vid, keep up the great work! YOU GO GURL!!!!
