Ok ladies, I tried your free freezer meals and the beef stroganoff was awful. My husband said he could not even eat it. In 23 years I have never seen him refuse to eat a meal. But, your soy ginger salmon is fantastic. I think the take away is to try the meal before you make multiple meals for the freezer. 😝
These are difficult for me because I am a widow cooking for only one person so recipes have to be cut way back. I always have too much even cutting them in half.
My mom makes your "that lady chixken" she calls it whacky chicken…same recipe except she uses grape jelly instead of apricot, and I have used whole cranberry sauce too just to get rid of the can! It worked for all! Side note…chicken drumsticks and thighs are 99 cents a pound on sunday…we were planning to stock up! This is to perfect of timing!
