I’m always impressed with your frugal life. You cook like a seasoned cook with so many great ideas to share. One thing I’ve learned recently is to save my veggie scraps to make broth. I keep mine in a zip lock bag in the freezer and use it later. It can be made to can or to freeze. In times like we’re living in right now, it seems canning it would work better for my family.
