There are food shortages all over and I imagine it will continue. I like your menu you came up with. Time to stock up and fill the pantry.

Girl, you did an amazing job!! You did not give up, you just kept going and decided you could do this and you did!! I absolutely love that, and that meal looked sooo good, and made a lot too. Thank you so much for sharing your challenge. 🙂

You did a great job with the budget you had. Everything is so expensive now and there are not many deals to be had. Grocery shopping is not enjoyable anymore to say the least.

    Dinner looked good.
$5 meal: package of wieners .79, 2 cans pork & beans 1.58, 2 rice a roni 1.58 and box of jiffy mix. Beans and wieners, rice side and corn muffins. You don't need the eggs or butter for anything.

$5 dinner: 2 cans tuna 1.58, 2 boxes tuna helper 1.58, 2 cans peas or green beans 1.20. Tuna helper casserole and vegetable side.

I'm a senior and pinching pennies is my life.

Love your channel and your big smile.
