It might be Bisquick that has a series of impossible pie recipes. You take a little bit of milk, a little bit of Bisquick, add eggs and blend. Then you can add whatever else you want like ham, broccoli and cheese. It's unlimited, they have sweet and savory. At one time they had an entire little booklet with impossible recipes. Also, Weight Watchers had an amazing crustless pumpkin pie recipe.

Also, cook up the entire package of lentils and throw those into your tacos as well, or use them as part of a taco salad for a lunch. We used to call using everything "using the squeal of the pig".

Ms. Pacheco, please consider using a spatula or scraper on your cans. There was I guess 1 more tacos worth of refreids in that can. Just something my Dad taught me (I am in my late 40's and lived through the last major recession in the early 80's). Your recipes are very welcome at this time and are a reminder of the days when everyone ate leftovers and used everything they had access to. Thanks.

Your Walmart groceries are about 15 cents cheaper than ours here in the Buffalo area..The tacos mixed with beans sounds good to me.. Some folks dont seem to care about this inflation but I know my family sure is feeling it and I want to say THANK YOU for trying to help us out!

Great ideas! I have been making my meatloaf with half lentils and half beef. Using beans and meat together is a great combo for so many recipes. Thanks for the ideas!

I never would've thought of using Mac and cheese as the pasta base for a dish other than mac and cheese! Even if you have a bigger family and need 2 boxes that's only about a dollar here by me!

Very nutritious and creative meals, not to mention filling, for $5 each! Very impressive! I wouldn't have thought to mix refried beans in with the ground meat, what a great idea to save some money and add delicious flavor and fiber, and cut out a bit of cholesterol. I love this sort of content!

I'd be far more concerned at 12 cents is being called a massive savings to cut mushrooms if the baby wasn't close to having its head smacked on a hot skillet or getting hot stuff splattered on its bare limbs.

Also saying they claim green peppers are supposed to be less ripe is crazy since it isn't an assumption. It is a fact. Saying it is claimed as if it is unreliable is like saying a green tomato is assumed despite watching it finish ripening on a window sill and becoming the appropriate color.

This just got more and more difficult to watch.

Here's a challenge for you: in our family we have one who is egg allergic. Milk products and I do not get along. I don't have a dairy allergy but cannot tolerate daily. I am a diabetic who should not eat crusts, taco shells, bread or pasta due to high carbs. What can you do with those restrictions?

Absolutely love that vegetable quiche. I actually prefer water in my eggs over milk because it steams them from the inside and makes them super fluffy — and it is budget friendly! Thank you for all these great recipes!
