I recommend when adding cool whip to a dessert you fold it in. A mixer will deflate a good deal of air/volume. In this particular case you may want to add a tablespoon or two of cream, half and half or milk to the pb/cream cheese mixture to loosen it up a little bit, making it slightly easier to fold. Tastes great either way, of course.

Lol. This cracked me up! Well… For sure… We had cheese sandwiches growing up. A staple! In fact, I still do! Except I’m not really a fan of miracle whip I am more in the mayo camp now.

Potato explosion? Yup! I had poked them, but not enough. I was cooking in toaster oven and it exploded all over my face, neck, and arm. Got red burn marks and even some blisters after 😢

🙋🏻‍♀️ we had the same cheese and miracle whip sandwiches! Sometimes my mom would have only miracle whip sandwiches… now I’m thinking that’s kinda weird, but it was normal to me as a kid!

    Today I bought a 5 pound bag of potatoes for $5.59 . Sour cream $3.49. cheese $4.99. butter $4.99.
No way you can feed 6 for $5.00 even in 2 meals which a baked potato is not really a meal 🤪
Didn't you do the $1 meals once ?

We had cheese sandwiches as a kid all the time!

No miracle whip (gross, sorry) or mayo. Just sliced white bread and a slice of deli American cheese. I still will eat them today if I have plain white bread and American cheese hanging around.
