Buying the 32oz shredded cheese is cheaper than buying the 8oz or 16oz block of cheese, 32oz shredded comes to .23 per ounce 8oz comes to .25 per ounce, 16oz comes to .23 oz (but then you still have to shred it by hand and you get lost by some of it sticking to the shredder)

At least by my local current prices we don't have dollar blocks of cheese our blocks of cheese are $2 for the same great value cheese.

    Who pronouces it RIH-COAT-A
If you pronounce ricotta like that you don't deserve to use it.
I really want other cultures to intentionally mispronounce American stuff on popular American shows and refuse to acknowledge the fact that they horrifically mispronounce it. Maybe then you morons will realize just how much you butcher other languages. If you can't pronounce the food you don't deserve to use it.

Just a quick FYI. If you take cottage cheese and freeze it and once thawed, it is exactly like ricotta, and you usually can get a larger container for less than a small container of ricotta. I use it all the time and cooking.

Soup was $3, toppings were $10 lol, not water in the Alfredo, milk honey, use milk; and if you use spaghetti sauce, try V8 to rinse your jars. Great recipes though! We're excited to try them 🎉😊
