Merry Christmas from down under😊. For the new year I would like donate to more community pantries. I’m only teaching 3 days a week and would like to donate more of my time to our local community. It’s hot here most days are between 27C and getting hotter. It will be 39C on New Year’s Eve 🥵. We are in Melbourne 💕

Another great vlog. You are the best. You don't know how much it meant to me that you mentioned me. You received my Christmas card with my Dad's stamps on the envelope. You brighten my day. Thank you.

We used to get our shoe polish wherever. My dad's full leather good shoes, though, got scuffed pretty badly and no matter what we smeared on there, it just came off to reveal the scuffed / lighter part. Until my mom needed to get her shoes mended at the local cobbler (yes they still exist) and she spotted shoe polish there, and got a tin from there. It is so good and made the world of difference. If you have a cobbler near you, try and get some polish there.

I use shoe polish to hide scratches on my hardwood floors. Just match your floor color as close as you can. Rub it on the scratch. Let sit for a little while then buff it off. You might need to apply more than once.

Hi Amy! I really needed to hear your words today. I’ve had a rough few weeks and I needed that reminder that I am still here and I am still breathing and that the Lord has given me another day. The overwhelming feelings I feel will diminish once I let the Lord carry those burdens. I know this in my heart I just have to let my head let go of things. You’re such a blessing! Thank you!!

    Hi Amy,
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
I was wondering why is Ruby never in the house? We only see her outside and in the garage. It's sad that she's never seen with you guys in the house. I may be wrong this is why I'm asking. God bless.

Hi Amy! Thanks for the video today, nice to see Maddie as your side kick for a wee change…I ment to say to you a long time ago, to sauté you should have the frying pan on and heated with hot oil so the veg or meat sizzles as you put it in otherwise you are just steaming the veg, especially with the huge amounts you put in. If you can do it that way you will notice a much better flavour. X

Merry Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas. Just the 3 of us. We wrapped so many little gifts it looked like it was for 5 people! We are leaving tree & decor up. If you could see our house, it is wall to wall decor. Every room & door. Lights/candles, Christmas spice cooking. We have watched movies, had 4 days in St. Augustine, & still have games to play, make gingerbread house. This may be the last year for the Decor. My daughter & I cooked for 7 hrs. We had " picky" foods Christmas eve & day. Our backs are so sore we can barely move. My brother loves it all, but he does non of the work ( does break down all the boxes). God has been very good to us. I am getting much medical care I have needed. My daughter is seeing new doctors for her Edema. Still praying on for the Epilepsy. We had such beautiful weather all week. Today is dismal & cold. We baked no goodies as Jan. we start a new diet. May God Bless you & your family with all His Blessings. Love & Prayers from Fla.

Amy, for the next time you have so many green sweet peppers, cut them in half horizontally and fill them with a mixture of minced meat, white rice, breadcrumbs, minced onion, garlic, various seasonings, so you put them in a roasting pot. Oven and with cheese on top are delightful.

    Good morning Amy,
I have always wondered about your family's evening routine. Why is it that your family does not put away their throws or blankets and fix the sofa before going to bed?
