A tip for the dessert, it's always good to roast/light cook the nut flour (i.e. almond flour) as it brings out more flavour and kills any toxins that can produce oxidative stress in your body. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this video. Thank you!

Thank you for this! Do you have these recipes written down? I tried following the clip but for example you don't say how much almond milk or protein powder you ad in the smoothies.

Thank you so much! Many of these ingredients are affordable/attainable and don’t require much cooking. I have started going gluten/dairy free and this is a huge help for me

Did you say to cook the chicken to 125 degrees Fahrenheit? I always thought 165 degrees was safe. I want to try this but want to be sure I'm following proper food safety guidelines.

Love these recipes! But I was thinking… I wonder how long they’ll stay good in the fridge? I think you’re not supposed to keep meet in the fridge for more than 4 days.

Great video. I need to start prepping my meals. Possibly then I might eat more healthy. Wondering if you could say the amount of veggies you use in your meals, like you did with the smoothies.

Omg I loved this!! This was so inspiring to watch and had me excited about meal planning. Loved the idea of putting coconut in the smoothie! This made it really easy to see how to meal plan when it can seem so overwhelming!
