A tip for the dessert, it's always good to roast/light cook the nut flour (i.e. almond flour) as it brings out more flavour and kills any toxins that can produce oxidative stress in your body. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this video. Thank you!
i just found out that i can no longer have bread or dairy and have to completely change everything i eat. thank you for making these videos this is my first video but cant wait for many more.
Thank you for this! Do you have these recipes written down? I tried following the clip but for example you don't say how much almond milk or protein powder you ad in the smoothies.
Thank you so much Tanya, I just found you and I am so happy. Having lots of health issues right now so I am totally open to trying this. Many thanks for your time and helpful tips.
Think I've made up my mind which way I'm going with this Healthy Eating Journey. I know I feel better when I eat PB, Gluten Free, Dairy Free. These recipes look yummy.
Thank you so much! Many of these ingredients are affordable/attainable and don’t require much cooking. I have started going gluten/dairy free and this is a huge help for me
Did you say to cook the chicken to 125 degrees Fahrenheit? I always thought 165 degrees was safe. I want to try this but want to be sure I'm following proper food safety guidelines.
Love these recipes! But I was thinking… I wonder how long they’ll stay good in the fridge? I think you’re not supposed to keep meet in the fridge for more than 4 days.
Thank you kindly. I have a new gf who is in need of gluten free. The information is much appreciated. Take care and stay safe. You easily got a sub from me. I'll also spread word about you're channel.
Love your recipes! I was just diagnosed with Celiac about a week ago and I was stressed about meals but yours look so good! Totally going to try some of them out!
Need to be dairy and gluten free with several food allergies(corn, beef, oats, cod, peanuts, etc.). Not a good cook so dont know what to buy and make. Please HELP!🙏
Thanks for sharing. I will follow you so I can stay on my resolution of no gluten (it hurts so bad) and no sugar (so bad for you). So excited to do this. Yea 2021!
Great video. I need to start prepping my meals. Possibly then I might eat more healthy. Wondering if you could say the amount of veggies you use in your meals, like you did with the smoothies.
Omg I loved this!! This was so inspiring to watch and had me excited about meal planning. Loved the idea of putting coconut in the smoothie! This made it really easy to see how to meal plan when it can seem so overwhelming!
How do you like to get ready for the week? Do you prep full meals or ingredients, which you can later assemble into meals?
Yummy… Thank you so much for this very useful video 😍🌹

What would you add to the salad if you cannot have corn?
Thank you for sharing! My wife and I are a bit worried if the food we cooked today will be ok to eat Friday. Is it too much 5 days?

What was the brand name of the frozen items that you put in your smoothies, and where did you get them? I never heard of frozen coconut.
