I have been diagnosed with Cold Urticaria and my dr strongly suggested me to do the low histamine diet. I been trying to do my own research and I see some people say not to eat left overs because they have higher amounts of histamines. It’s all a little overwhelming so I appreciate your videos.

Just a friendly PSA- a nutritionist or a holistic nutritionist is NOT the same thing as a Registered Dietician. ANYONE can call themselves a nutritionist- it is not a real title and thus there are no educational requirements and that person has not been licensed by any nutritional, medical, or scientific body.

What on earth? Can you please explain how these recipes are anti-inflammatory if nearly every single recipe contains meat or animal products that cause inflammation? This is giving people good news about their bad habits, and not nutritionally or scientifically sound advice. If you actually want to fight inflammation, stop eating animal fat and protein.

I’ve made the smoothie and the turkey hash so far and both are delicious and my stomach feels great.

Thank you so much for these recipes. I’m looking forward to trying out more. It’s a miracle to feel like this at all, and especially after eating. It’s been so long since I’ve felt this free from those ibs symptoms. Hard to put in words how good this feels. 🙏🏻 thank you. I’m so so sooooo grateful for you.
