If you want to stretch the dough more I'm guessing I haven't worked with this specific recipe yet but typically if you let your dough rest in a warm place it will be more flexible

Is there a canning time for jam/jelly in larger jars? My pectin recipe always uses a jelly jar so I use that to follow the recipe but one jar is one meal for our family! Itโ€™s such a waste of lids. Iโ€™d love to use a pint or even a quart jar if those are possible.
