Your 5 ideas sound wonderful! Do you set the oven to 400โ-450โ degrees like usual required for baking a loaf of bread? Are the bread sticks the same temperature as the flat bread?

If you want to stretch the dough more I'm guessing I haven't worked with this specific recipe yet but typically if you let your dough rest in a warm place it will be more flexible

Your homemade raspberry jam is so pretty
Is there a canning time for jam/jelly in larger jars? My pectin recipe always uses a jelly jar so I use that to follow the recipe but one jar is one meal for our family! Itโs such a waste of lids. Iโd love to use a pint or even a quart jar if those are possible.
You could also cube the flat bread and make a panzanella salad. Pinterest has lots of recipes.

Bread is yummy but when it comes to food combining, eating protein (like meat) with bread is bad bad bad.
