I hope you kept your skin and bones from the two rotisserie chickens to make bone broth. I like to use my Instant Pot. Cook for 3-4 hrs with veggie scraps and a little vinegar. Easiest way, I’ve found. Great soup recipes. Thanks for sharing. Debi in Vicksburg, MS. 🥰🥰

I always order the Zuppa Soup at Olive Garden. I could eat any kind of soup everyday except broccoli cheese. (Issues with soft Broccoli.) Hubby is gonna love the Enchilada Soup.
