Was just looking back at past classes. I can't believe it's actually been over 5 years that I've been watching you.
I’m so sorry your staff goes thru peoples anger. Makes me sad. I guess i look at it as well maybe someone else needed it much more then i did. Some times it’s all my fault due to the time change. It’s life.
WOW had internet problem, just now got on (replay) Wed. The 22nd. I wanted the sms girls and guy to know that I appreciate them all. Called a few times and they couldn’t have been the sweetest. I also missed out but that’s the way it goes taking it out of your employees is so mean 😢 you have people there with the greatest customer service. At 75 years old, and being in customer service most my life, it makes me sad to hear that your employees had to endure that.

Stacey, I am so sorry people were mean and nasty to your staff because you did not have stock for everyone who wanted to purchase the bundles. We all placed orders under the rules and if they didn’t place an order timely, it is their fault for missing out on the great deals. Thank you for continuing to offer value to your customers.
Stacy, I appreciate ALL you do to keep crafting affordable. I appreciate the fabulous classes as well. There is no reason to be rude to others even if you are disappointed you missed out on something. It happens to us all at sometime. Thank you and the entire SMS staff.

Oh Stacey I am so sorry that people don't pay attention to your videos and take it out on you and your staff. In this day people just don't take time to read or listen to the information given to them. You are not alone. We have a local family owned and operated 50 year + pizza shop that closed their in door eating to carry out only during covid, but can't reopen the in door eating as they can't get enough emplooyees to open that part. But they continue to offer have baked to carry out and they were finally able to hire enough people to have full baked on Sunday's only. They post all the updates on their facebook page. But every week their are people who ask if you can get full bakes or when half bakes are available. Then they go off on facebook that they are upset that you can't dine in or get full baked pizzas. All they have to do is READ the facebook posts but they just jump on and ask the same stuff every day and get upset that they aren't open to dine in. So don't let it get to you, you are not alone. So many people just feel the world revolves around them.

I always appreciate your YouTubes. I can't believe anyone would be disrespectful of the staff. All I have to say to everyone is no matter who you are messaging, calling, or email remember they are human. They have a heart and are trying to do the best job they can.

<3 Loved the class, got the dies! And shame on those that throw a fit for missing out on the sales! Do they go to the grocery store and throw a fit when product is sold out there?? Shame on them! I missed out last month AND this month! But it isn't the end of the world! The SMS crew react better than I would! I would "invite" those that call, email, or come in to throw a fit to shop elsewhere!!
