    I loved this workout format. I am a 69 yr old grandma and love your workouts. Since COVID I have not gone back to the gym, which I used to go to classes regularly. I taught spin class for 10 years and was a gym junkie. Since I found you on YouTube I can work out on my own schedule and pick and chose what I want to do. Which really helps with my busy work schedule. You are great at instructor and show helpful modifications and include great tips. You are the best! Keep it going Tracy!!! 🙂

    Yes Tracy, I discovered you back in those good ol’ days of your living room workouts. I was looking for a dumbbell workout and there you were in your living room, just like me in my living room. There we were together, but miles and miles apart. You made me feel like you related to my situation and I felt right at home. I do your workout in the afternoon/evening when I get home from work.     Absolutely loved this workout, such a great format. Loved the 1 min strength and short rests, keeps me engaged and moving! So many good moves. The hinge/ row/press, swimg and lunge, plie curl, row/hammer. All so good, thanks!
