I am definitely a fan, particularly of the high protein recipes. So, I am not trying to be mean at all, however, if I didn't know about your birthdays, I would have picked Joey to be the younger one…😉

Looks great, can't wait to try it out. I'd love a video for the gravy recipe. I usually do a similar loaf but add chopped roasted mushrooms and riced cauliflower (roasted to remove excess moisture and add some flavor) and roasted walnuts (very fine chop in the food processor). There are so many combinations you can use to make a vegan loaf or burger, I'm always trying different variations.

So creative! I love the idea of adding cubed protein bread, combined with the gravy it reminds me of Thanksgiving stuffing. 😍 Also really interested in using flaked onions as a topping for veggies – never thought to do that! This just looks like a perfect meal.

LOL – Thanks for not sharing your life story on your recipe pages! 🤣 It can be frustrating to scroll endlessly to get to a recipe, while being assaulted with ads & video pop-ups. I appreciate you! 😀

I can’t wait to try this, I’m low salt so I probably will leave off the tamari sauce, I’m thinking maybe balsamic vinegar could replace that. I’m dreaming of a meatloaf sandwich with the leftovers

I like sriracha and ground nigella seeds on my green veggies. This recipe is a winner and the generous use of herbs and spices is fantastic! Also, there is alot of sodium in the Noble Plate crumbles themselves…420 mg in 56 grams. For that reason and budget constraints I will be using TVP, but nice to know about pea protein crumbles. Do you guys experiment with soy curls? Not as protein dense as seitan or pea crumbles, but nice option to change things/up boost protein content. My favorite is vegan doro wat with ethiopian berbere spices.
