    For the zuppa toscana, you can make it thicker by running some of the cooked potatoes through a blender or by carefully using an immersion blender in half of the pot.

    Bec am indian i have made the chickpea stew …didnt know it was morrocan …i did indian style but with sweet potatoes too …less cinnamon …and with indian spices and spinach …taste good as well …thanks for your version …i love soup …any vegan soup any day …cheers from my bowl of mung soup with sweet potatoes…🍜🍠🍻
