I did a lemon chicken last week, but it did not turn out so well. Yours with the cream sauce looks much yummier!
I can't see your kitchen, so I don't know if this would help. I bought a inexpensive ceiling fan at Wal Mart and replaced my overhead light with it. Really helps with that over head fan!

Tip for cooks…its easier to zest a lemon before you cut and juice it.
