Beef stew with bacon: Bacon in mine, too! – lf I come across a pack of bacon misshapes/cooking bacon with thick chunks in it I always pick it up. The thinner pieces get used in the normal way, but the chunky bits get cut up and frozen for adding to beef stews.
PS. Have you come across the Scott Rea channel? A lot of it is about butchery, [that's his profession] but there are some great recipes in among.

Kerry whelpdale does a pancakes four ways video. Two weeks later Jamie Oliver does a pancakes four ways video. Coincidence? I think not. Now we know where all his inspiration comes from.

Can i ask why you use plant based milk now and not normal milk?? I've been wanting to try it for ages!! I always forget to pick it up when I go aldi! Does it taste any different when you add it to a roux? Xx

Mine don’t like squash and actually neither do I so may have to substitute that with mushrooms or chicken . Have u done that before ? I bet u have – silly question . I’m doing beef stew again this week as that with dumplings was such a success last time I did it x

All look lovely as usual . I’m doing really well with my weekly menu I put up on the fridge . It’s helped me plan and also I don’t get the “What’s for dinner?” Question that had started to wind me up as no one likes to contribute any help in my house 😂

I don't eat much risotto but I might have to give that butternut squash risotto a try! It looks delicious! And I would've never thought of making lasagna in the slow cooker, lol! Great ideas here — can't wait for more! ♥

These all look lovely, but soo much garlic, thankfully I have an intolerance to garlic.
I have a phobia of having bad breath, I know I'm strange haha 😄.
Anyway, I shall be trying these, (minus the garlic obviously 😀) especially the beef stew and the lasagne, I'm also going to tell my eldest Daughter about your channel, she loves her slow cooker and is always looking for different ideas to make, she has a 15 month old Serafina-Maii to run around after so slow cookers are amazing when you've got little ones.
I've just bought an Air Fryer, so would love to see more ideas to cook in it.
Thanks from Paula in Somerset xxx

Kerry, Help! I tried your creamy clow cooker chicken. I did it on high for 3 hours rather than low but the creme fraiche curdled. Not sure why. Any idea?
