I am diabetic and carbs are carbs 30 grams of carbs per meal is how I lost 40 lbs. I dropped all fast food and watch my carbs and no sugars only stevia
not being too nosey, but do you have date night with your hubby. I am a 62 year old woman with 3 grown children and we alwasy have date night or date day even now that we are empty nesters
