Hi Alicia!! Great video! I love cilantro so these were some really great recipes for me. When the new recipe was shown when you were done I was thinking, oh no, we’re not going to see hubby taste the new recipe! THEN, there he was!! I had a laugh. Nice to see your taste-tester! I feel like that new recipe would have been better with some of that taco seasoning.

I make almost the exact same quinoa that you did! I add a small chopped jalapeno sometimes and make a sauce of juice from 2 limes, 1/4 cup Olive oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 Tbsp. Cumin to pour over it. We love it in the summer. We eat it as a dip with tortilla chips.

    Hi, Alicia!
These salsa recipes are great! I think that baking the chicken with taco seasoning, covered in salsa and cheese, would be delicious. Of course, I knew FF Greek yogurt would be making an appearance, haha
The burrito bake looks good, too! I could see it working with either salsa or Rotel. If it's good, you definitely need a bigger serving!
The quinoa salad looks good, as does the taco bake. I would eat the taco bake with chips, too, especially homemade ones in the air fryer
    Thanks for sharing, friend!

    These look great!

That salad would be great in the summer with a grilled chicken breast on the side.

That taco casserole I would probably make and add in quinoa or brown rice. On its own I wouldn't find it very filling. I could use it as a dip or put in a tortilla or taco shells or something. Oh on top of a baked potato.
