add some gochujang into some tomato sauce for pasta. a couple spoonfuls into a beef stew or texas chili adds some nice depth of flavor too. you dont have to limit gochujang to just korean or asian food.

We hunted up gochujang sauce (no paste was available) and liked it so much we used it in everything from fried noodles to BBQ – it sadly didn't last more than a month or so, since the sauce is thinner than the paste. So good!

If I don't have corn syrup can I use sugar for the sweetness? And if I don't have oyster sauce can I not add it or can I use fish sauce? 🤔 Idk if you'll see this but just in case lol I'm curious

Hi Aaron and Claire. I made the gamja jorim but decided to make it into a full meal by adding some carrots, onion, pork belly, and fish cakes. I should say, that was divine. Thanks for sharing

Check out "Mochiki chicken" by Sheldon Simeon. Hawaiian fried chicken. Uses gochujang aioli but its a game changer of deliciousness. Features sake, soy sauce, scallions, ginger, garlic, white miso, furikake etc
