    Hey Nikki! I found some really tasty zero point bean dips at my local grocer. Bush’s Best Habanero Lime Bean Dip is the flavor I picked up and it is really great on sandwiches and with veggies! I know you guys like to try new dips so thought I’d share. It was in the snack aisle not the refrigerated case so I almost didn’t see it. 30 calories for 2 tbsp.

    That chicken quesadilla looks amazing! My favorite resturant wrap is the Orange Chicken Wrap from Applebees! I think the wrap and fries has like 1,800 calories or something crazy! You are so good and creative with the food makeovers. Maybe you could do a subscriber request favorite resturant food makeover video! I would love a low point version of that wrap!     You always have the best recipes I love fast food too much. I've been thinking about joining WW curious if they have any options for people who are pre diabetic or are wanting to watch carbs? When you were giving details on the foods seemed like a lot of carbs for one meal. Maybe someone can lead me in the right direction or more information. Love your videos 💗

    So yummy!! I wish I could find the 10” ole wraps. I love Taco Bell too but always feel horrible after. Their website has sodium warnings on all their food🫣. Homemade take out is so much better!🙌💖
