I tried the tomato but using pork mince instead and omg it turned out FANTASTIC in the instant pot! This is a game changer. Dinner on the table in a jiffy. This will become a staple recipe in my book! Thanks a lot! โค๏ธ

Brings back wonderful childhood memories-the food and the preparations. There's a special cooking aroma that filled the house
(especially the big pots of soup simmering on the stove all day) that I can recognize from our Guangdoung province. I will start cooking more Cantonese food. Get out the steamer, the cleaver, the chopsticks, the black beans, garlic, and ginger. The food is so much healthier. Thanks for your inspirational videos.

Yep, pandemic make me cook 2 mores meals at home , 2 more dishes washing cycle and an additional grocery trip. My house cleaning lady is not coming since March…and i still have to do my day job but at home! We are in the middle of our Chalet renovation and In the same time we are renovating our basement. The last one was not plan but we had water problem. If i can save minutes with a instant pot: i am a buyer.
