I ordered one of those dehydrators a few months ago and havent had a chance to use it yet..thanks for the review..that commercial would be the Nesco food dehydrator..lol..I had one with 12 trays..it was an old girl (25 yrs)..she lived a very long life before she caught fire 2 years ago..lol.
