What a busy day for everyone. I don't think I could have handled all that even when I was a young lady. I hope you and Art and Hannah have a wonderful get away…after all this food processing I imagine it will be a welcome respite. Good luck getting a caterer for Charity's wedding. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

I think they’ll take your cheese offer! Hope they did! Good job getting all the squash processed! I like to bake mine in the oven at 425 for about an hour depending on size! Hope you had a fun getaway! Sorry about Hanna still getting up at midnight! My daughter never slept throughout the night!!

Oh yes, the kitchen gets crazy at harvest/processing time. Your children are wonderful helpers and cooks in the kitchen too. I appreciate how you and Art jump in to help one another. Happy Thanksgiving

Hi Janelle, Art and sweet family! So much produce, but you battled through it. The kids are so precious. It was adorable how they where intently watching the street clean up, especially Daniel. Hannah was all smiles and happy. Art and the children are a blessing helping in the kitchen. I hope you can find another caterer for Charity’s wedding. The cheese dilemma, hopefully you get it. Have a wonderful getaway and a blessed Thanksgiving!!

Tip for Art with getting the grease out of the pan for the chicks. Heat the pan then pour over the bread in the bucket. It will also be easier to sop up any drippings with the bread.
