For your shrimp fried rice…start with the onions, cook until translucent, add the other veggies(if they are frozen i would add carrots with the onion, I don'tlike crunchy carrots- I use the salad match stick kind in min), ginger, garlic last, table spoon of soy sauce. I would make the sauce and put that and the shrimp in a bag by themselves. Add the rice to the veggies, another tablespoon of soy sauce (or you can make extra of your original sauce) and place in freezer bag, staple the shrimp bag to it. Shrimp take such a short time to cook, when you are reheating the meal they will overcook and can become rubbery. I use just a touch of onion, corn, carrots and edamame in mine, my mom adds broccoli, radish and sometimes even tomato to hers. Looking forward to trying so many of these meals!! Great job ladies!

Wow! While the meals were great I was most impressed with your girls and obviously the parents who are working along side them. You mentioned at the beginning that this would be part of their Home Economics education. While that's certainly true you also covered public speaking, reading and comprehension, as well as some math skills! Aside from the "education" aspect they are learning respect and how to actually work together as a family. You're doing a great job with those two. They will go far in life. Congrats and best wishes to you all.

I really appreciate that you actually have shared the full 31 recipes, rather than most others say 20 freezer meals but they are just 5 recipes that they made four batches of. Also, agree with so many others that your daughters are mature and so impressive with their assistance! Good job Mom and girls!! 😁

I see people save their vegetable scraps for broth. Do you clean and rinse well before you throw into the cooker? Maybe you do, you didn't mention it.
You need to clean your produce well. Vegetable from the grocery store are sprayed, even the organic.
Be Safe, and make sure your subscribers know to do this and not just throw them in the cooker.
You are doing a great job with your videos!!

You should put up a PO Box address, for those of us, that want to send you and the girls a suprise!!

The girls are better food handlers than most adults, they are just amazing. You have taught them so much, there is going to be a few lucky guys out there that marry your girls. Keep up the good work.
