I got my IP a couple years ago but wasn't comfortable using it. About 1 month ago, we bought a camper and so many RV'ers swear by their IP, I made myself use it. I feel very grateful that I did it then, as I am now more comfortable improvising and experimenting. In my brief experience using it, I have come to the conclusion you cannot ruin meat or dry it out. I have had 1 stew recipe with slightly mushy veggies, but it still tasted good! I feel more comfortable now about using random ingredients from my pantry (sadly not a food storage pantry) to stretch meals more than usual. Just went to Walmart tonight (unfortunately before seeing your video) only to find many, many staples wiped out. No meat other than rib eyes, which thankfully I can afford. We'll be ok as I always try to keep my pantry full in case of inclement weather, but I'll run out of meat, produce, and dairy in a week. Really hoping the more people get infected and realize its not dangerous to most of us that the panic will die down. In the meantime, I thank you for sharing these ideas. It will help even those of us who weren't expecting mass panic figure out how to use what we have.

Great variety of suggestions! At a challenging time like this, I am so grateful to be able to cook and bake (always important lifeskills) but even the most experienced of us can benefit from fresh ideas. Thank you.😊👍

Hello Lisa, I love your recipes and thank you for providing us with them, and many I am using to make dishes in my Instant Pot. I have told my sister-n-law about your channel and provided her with information on how to use the Instant Pot I gave them for Christmas. She isn't the best cook in the world, but do cook some dishes at home.
