I have never been able to handle much spice, but I found sweet & spicy Korean chicken at my supermarket and I am hooked. After a couple times eating it, I found that I am loving the spice & I just found a few more recipes. Thanks to both of you. My mother unexpectedly died a few months ago & I am having a hard time but watching your videos and just hearing both of your voices have helped me. Thanks again.

Thanks Aaron for the demo. I have already tried to cook a few of your dishes and they are very yummy. For the 3 different flavors of the fried chicken, i wonder which is Claire's favorite. Btw, is it cake flour or plain flour if we want to do the fried chicken flour? Can we use plain flour?

I gave the spicy fried chicken a shot and while I had to add a little more spice to it to cater to my tastes definitely give it a 10/10 strongly recommend.

Recently made KFC using Weissman’s recipe, except for some reason we didn’t have gochujang (we always have gochujang) and used sriracha instead. Came out amazing. Now I have to give yours a shot!! Of course the other dishes look awesome and I will try those too!

Ooops! You did it again making delicious mouthwatering dishes. These different recipes look so amazingly comfortable, to eat them is is an elevation to another level. A happy stomach is at peace with the body. As I view this, I'm making a shopping list of things to buy from the store. I love the fact that some items are optional while others are not. The many different ingredients you use play a symphony of flavors on the tongue. Thanks for showing us the way! Hi to Claire
