I made the cornbread muffins with hot dogs once just to try it out and it was so good I had to make it again and I could not limit myself to to muffins. The second time I chop the dogs up tiny and just cooked it in 8 by 8 pan

A good meal stretcher for leftover chili and hotdogs is chili dog pizza. Place your chile on a pizza crust, cut up hotdogs into slices and place on top, and add cheeses of your choice and any toppings you desire for chile dogs and bake.
I make the mini corn dogs often, but I lay the hot dog in sideways and use a little extra milk to make the batter thinner and completely cover the hot dog.
I agree with you. I think you should probably use another egg in the cornbread muffins. They probably fell apart because of the grease from the weenies cooking in them.

A+!!! Sometimes I use my mini muffin pan to make bite size apps. If you use a silicone muffin pan, those hot dog things pop right out. Poor man meals are yummy. Your channel is growing fast!
