Why not do either IF or ADF. It seems that you cannot sustain keto for a long period of time. Instead eat what you want in moderation coupled with if or adf . This is more sustainable

I enjoy your channel Jia. I am doing great! I found I can't diet. I failed every diet. I always end up binging and repeat. I decided to stop. I decided to eat wholesome and allow my cravings but to limit them. To move how ever I like. To stop forcing foods I don't enjoy. Stop exercise I don't enjoy. Just move how I do enjoy like dancing. Then I came across intuitive eating on Abbey Sharp's Channel. It's basically the same thing I was trying to do but healing your relationship with food, observing how different foods make you feel. Listening to your body is something we haven't done since we were babies! When last you ate without watching something on TV or your phone? Obviously just pointing out what I have observed so far but it's much more than that.

I've been feeling really good with doing higher fat every other day and during my lean days eating more naturally higher carb foods like fruit and starchy vegetables.
