    Good recipes for those tastes, but not the classic my folks made. I prefer one with no meat in the dressing, just any addition of things like nuts or fruits. I particularly like one with diced apples or mushrooms. I do the basic of sauteing onions and celery and the herbs in butter, and mixing with some good croutons and using a good broth, then add other stuff., and bake. I prefer the meat on the side.

    I am loving the first one! It is a lot like mine except pecans where I use meat. That is dressing. I am trying to get used to stuffing. I will try the quick and easy for a new tradition (without water chestnuts)!
