    Wrong… Purpose of pressure cooker is to cook the food at high pressure so that food gets cooked at lower temperature. cooking in normal utensils needs higher temperature and long time which degrades food nutrition. Simple thermodynamics. PLEASE DONT FOLLOW THESE CHANNELS BLINDLY.

    Btw, we can easily cook RAJMA & CHOLE & all such beans without a pressure cooker! We only need to soak them 6-8 hours and then boil them in abundance of water in a worthy utensil on a medium heat. Yes it will take 20-25 minutes to boil all beans but their nutrition won’t be lost the way it is lost in a pressure cooker!
