Love your easy meals! One question: I noticed lately, that even I’m full when I finished my lunch, I
I feel hungry two hours later and I have tons of cravings. I’m in my third week, it didn’t happen when I started the diet, but the cravings for sweetness is getting stronger. Any suggestions? Thanks!

When I make Swiss chard wraps, I devein them all the way up, because the veins will crack or be too tough for wraps. You end up having to fold them over a little since the stem is gone but they are tender and delicious! Great with sautéed potatoes, onion, garlic and Mexican spices. I don’t steam the chard but I definitely dry them before hand. I hope that helps!

My biggest tip is to remove the stem from at least the bottom half, it’s till kind of messy but we eat family style and just kind of stuff, eat, repeat right at the table! Hope that helps! ❤️🙌

Instant Pot oat groats: 2 cups oat groats to 3 cups water. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, then leave for two hours, by which time the oat are soft and the water is absorbed. This is a lot of oat groats. I put it in the fridge and take out and heat a portion as and when I need it. Delicious. I got this recipe from Nutmeg Notebook.
