Hello Janet, Just wanted to tell you I just made your chocolate chaffle. I was still hungry after lunch and needed some sweetness in my life.😜 They were so so good, really hit the spot! I topped em with crushed strawberries and whipped cream. Just amazing, thank you for sharing your recipes!
I made a smoked salmon, caper & red onion chaffle and topped with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Really good.

I can never find the written recipe when I am watching on my phone. It was not in the description sigh
I made a version of the PB&J chaffle. Used Almond butter + 1/2 tsp sugar-free (stevia) fruit Jello, added apx 20gr cream cheese, egg, 50 gr mozzarella + 1 T Protein Sparing Flour + 1/2 T Almond Flour + 1/2 T Coconut flour. Used immersion blender to mix it all up. Made 2 large waffles which I will cut in 1/2 to make 4 servings. I estimate 1.5 total carbs per serving. Tastes Great! Amazing – the fruit flavor really comes through with just the correct small amount of sweetness and the almond flavor as well. Your idea to do this was inspired!
Don't you plan on staying on keto? It seems most people consider it a way of life I'm afraid if I went off, I'd gain back the 70 pounds I've lost so far.

Wow!! It seems as though you peeked in my refrigerator!!! I have homemade strawberry jelly…so I will be making the P&J !! I also have cooked breakfast sausage and small chunk of cheddar that needs to be used up! AND last night I looked up how to make keto chocolate chips, (am planing to make the egg and melted chocolate chip cake.). So I will have melted cho chips at the ready!! Probably will have to exchange blackberries for strawberries, or drizzle the strawberry jam over the cream. 😆 🤣 . Oh which to choose? 😆 . Again, thanks for peeking into my fridge and giving me 3 recipes that are easy, with items I just happen to have on hand . Much Love and Appreciation Sweet Lady!🥰🥰🥰
Janet, as soon as I finished watching your video I went to the kitchen! simplicity for me, so I made the simple ones: the egg-cheese-bacon pieces was my bread for a delicious hamburger, it came out crunchy and divine. And OMG…the PB&J…wow, I loved it, you don't need to add anything else to it. Now I want to make more to get ready for the night! Thank you
