I love rice pudding too! Cubans make it similar and bruleé the top (arroz con leche) and it also reminds me of my grandmother <3. Looks delicious!! I've been debating getting an InstantPot but I have no space in my tiny apartment kitchen.

I have the 2.5 quart Cosori pressure cooker, I love it, but it died two days ago, I called Cosori and they are replacing it because it was just a few days out of warranty. Love my pressure cooker. I adore rice pudding and cannot wait to try this recipe and I love Pineapple Upside Down Cake, it's always been my request for my birthday. Yum, thank you for sharing your recipes. P.S. BETWEEN WATCHING YOURS & VANESSA’S DESSERT MAKING TODAY I’M DEFINITELY CRAVING BOTH OF YOUR CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CAKES🤗 I’M LEARNING SO MUCH BY WATCHING THESE VIDEOS! I MENTIONED TO VANESSA THAT HAVING MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, NUTRITION PLAYS A HUGE PART IN HOW I FEEL OVERALL. I’M UNABLE TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO COOK & THAT’S WHY I ORDERED MY IP AWHILE BACK. MY DAUGHTER IN LAW DID THE INITIAL CLEANING; RAN IT THRU A CYCLE WITH HOT WATER BUT I’VE YET TO FIND THE CONFIDENCE TO MAKE MY FIRST MEAL. I HAVE BEEN SAVING ALL THE RECIPES, TIPS, ETC.
I USED TO EAT RICE PUDDING WITH MY GRANDMOTHER ALSO❣️ BROUGHT BACK GREAT RECIPES. SHE HAD THE OLD FASHIONED SCARY PRESSURE COOKER BACK THEN AND I CAN ALMOST SMELL HER HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI SAUCE, HOME MADE GRAPE JAM, ETC.
IT SMELLED SO GOOD THAT ALL OUR NEIGHBORS WOULD BE DROOLING. IF THEY WOULD’VE HAD THESE NEW PRESSURE COOKERS IN HER DAY I BET SHE WOULD’VE HAD IT GOING DAILY. SHE LIVED TO BE 94 & I DO REMEMBER SHE WAS ALWAYS THE BRAVEST ON OUR STREET; SHE BOUGHT THE 1ST MICROWAVE, (IT WAS MONSTROUS) 😃 AND SHE BOUGHT THE 1ST COLOR TV IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! I’M 66 & IN MY LIFETIME TECHNOLOGY HAS BLOWN MY MIND!!! UNFORTUNATELY I HAVEN’T FIGURED OUT HOW TO SYNC MY NEW IPAD TO MY IPHONE YET… I’M THINKING MAYBE I CAN CALL MICROSOFT TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME. I BOUGHT THE EXTRA 5 YR WARRANTY BUT I’M THINKING IT’S ONLY FOR MAJOR PROBLEMS UNLIKE THE GEEK SQUAD THRU BEST BUY WHERE THEY TAKE REMOTE CONTROL & ACTUALLY SET YOU UP. I SHOULD’VE PROBABLY PURCHASED IT THRU THEM.
